Q: I like your reviews. Can I use them on my site?
A: I'll have to see about that. First you'll have to contact me and I'll want to see your site and its content so that I can decide
whether or not I want my reviews on your site (for example, a site with pornographic or racist content will not
be allowed to use my reviews). If I like your site I'll probably give you permission to use my reviews under the condition that you'll give me
full credit and put a proper link back to Girl Gamers United.
Q: Can I use any of your stuff without permission?
A: NO! You cannot use the site's layout or the reviews/articles without permission from me. You can use the free graphics on this site
for yourself but you may not redistribute them or claim them on your own. If you want to do something else with the free graphics you'll have to
ask permission from the staff member that created that graphic!
Q: What do I do when I find someone who uses your stuff without permission?
A: Report it to me (Lessa) or one of the other staff members. Don't go in with guns blazing and itchy trigger fingers.
I am not one of those people that rallies up her friends to go the site in question and flame the hell out of them. If you
report it to us, we will deal with it in a proper fashion.
Q: Do you hate boys or something?
A: No XD But you'd think so wouldn't you? Especially with all the slandering and non-boy friendly remarks that
you find on this site sometimes. But really, I don't hate guys at all. I just dislike the
attitude that some guys have towards girls that play games. And notice that I said some. I
know perfectly well that there are guys out there that don't have a problem with girl gamers at all.
Q: Does it matter how old you are when applying for a certain Staff Position? (submitted by Kim)
A: Nope, doesn't matter at all. We have a lot of requirments and demands, but your age doesn't matter
to us at all. As long as you have the time and the energy to be on the GGU staff!
