Why was this site created?

Well, it's more or less like it says above. I got fed up with the fact that male gamers always seem to be more appreciated in that
particular little world. Boys complain a lot about the fact that there are no 'real' girl gamers out there. There are plently of girl gamers around.
This site was created so that girl gamers would have a place to go where they can talk about their love for
games without feeling unappreciated.
